 Our AC Delete Kit was specifically developed for the Toyota GR Yaris with G16E-GTS engine and is aimed at consistent motorsport and track day use.
 It allows for the complete removal of the standard air conditioning pump and contributes significantly to weight reduction.

 Construction & Material The precisely manufactured replacement bracket is mounted to the original mounting points of the air conditioning pump and ensures an exact fit without modifications to the engine.
 Made from high-strength EN6082 aluminium, the bracket offers the necessary stability and rigidity for continuous loads under motorsport conditions.

 The design is geared towards maximum reliability and durability.

 Plug & Play assembly - The deflection pulley included in the kit corresponds to the dimensions of the standard component.
 This allows the original auxiliary drive belt to be reused – replacing the belt is not necessary.

 Assembly process: Removal of the standard air conditioning pump, installation of the replacement bracket, installation of the idler pulley, reuse of the original auxiliary drive belt.

 The scope of delivery includes specially designed, shorter mounting screws, as the original screws of the air conditioning pump cannot be reused.
 Besides ensuring correct assembly, these also contribute to additional weight savings.

 Weight saving:
 By completely removing the climate control system (including condenser, lines and other components), a weight reduction of approximately 25 kg can be achieved – depending on the vehicle's condition.
 Our AC Delete Kit (mount, pulley and screws) weighs only 900g.

 Scope of delivery:
 CNC-machined replacement bracket made of EN6082 aluminum. Deflection pulley in standard dimensions. Matching screw set for professional installation.

 A notice:
 This product is intended for motorsport and off-road use. Removing the air conditioning system will result in the loss of climate control functionality in the vehicle.
