Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the return cost is €120 EUR.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
 

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

• Contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period, in particular services related to shares, units in open-ended investment funds within the meaning of §1(4) of the German Investment Code, and other tradable securities, currencies, derivatives, or money market instruments.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit.
This is particularly assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation in connection with the financing.

If the loan amount has already been paid to us at the time the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of withdrawal or return. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.
