 With intensive use of the Ford Focus RS, it frequently happens that the rear bumper/diffuser loosens or deforms due to external stresses.
 These specially developed rear bumper reinforcements stabilize the mounting points and reliably prevent the components from detaching.

 Originally developed for vehicles used on ice tracks, the reinforcements compensate for the high additional load caused by accumulated snow in the rear bumper area.
 This relieves the stress on the standard fixings and permanently increases structural stability.
 The additional reinforcing effect also benefits the vehicle and body structure in everyday use and during sporty driving.

 In addition to their functional benefits, the components are also visually appealing:
 The visible carbon structure gives the rear area a high-quality, motorsport-oriented look and underlines the performance character of the vehicle.

 The components were molded directly from a complete vehicle to ensure a precise fit. The composite material construction of carbon fiber and aramid fiber (Kevlar) combines low weight with high structural strength and excellent resistance to mechanical stress.

 Assembly
 The reinforcements are fitted precisely and can be installed with minimal effort.
 For a permanently stable attachment, the following is recommended:

 
 Use at least three 6 mm screws per side.
 
 to perform a screw connection through reinforcement and diffuser
 
 to attach two additional screws to the body edge

 
 Suitable screws, nuts and washers are included in the scope of delivery.


 This fastening concept ensures maximum stability in the area of the rear corners of the vehicle.
