Gen. 1 Toyota GR Yaris Sump Guard Kit

Our Gen 1 Sump Guard Kit for the Toyota GR Yaris was developed for uncompromising use on snow, gravel and rally tracks.
 Whether on the icy track, fast gravel sections or tough rally stages – this system offers maximum protection for the sensitive components in the front of the vehicle.

 Protection concept
 The kit includes a solid aluminum underbody protection plate to protect:

 Depending on the chosen version, different materials are used:

 6 mm EN6082 Aluminium
 
 Significantly higher structural strength
 
 Integrated, additionally reinforced mounting bar with vertical struts
 
 Developed based on use in demanding rally events (including WRC Estonia with deeply rutted tracks)
 
 Proven on stage and recce vehicles at extreme events such as Safari or Argentina


 The Pro version is consistently designed for maximum durability under the toughest conditions.

 High-strength mounting construction:
 The sump guard mounting bar is made of high-strength 40 x 2.5 mm steel tubing.

 In the Pro version, additional vertical reinforcements ensure maximum stability under extreme loads.

 Front bumper underride protection (composite)
 To protect the front bumper, the kit includes an additional composite underbody protection for the front apron.
 This was developed using 3D scanning and CAD design to:

 The shape was modeled in CAD, manufactured as a positive body using 3D printing, and then used as the basis for the production tool. This modern manufacturing process enables one of the most precise fitting solutions on the market for the GR Yaris.

 Additional reinforcements
 To ensure maximum load-bearing capacity, additional brackets were designed for the front underride guard.
 These connect:

 
 The side areas of the mounting bar
 
 With standard mounting points on the longitudinal beams

 The result is an exceptionally stable front structure. In practice, this means that a GR Yaris with the kit installed can be lifted at the bumper corner – a clear indication of the system's structural strength.

 Increased chassis stiffness
 An additional advantage of the system is the increased front-end stiffness.

 This constructive connection results in significantly improved torsional rigidity – integrated into a fully bolted plug-and-play solution.
