 When using our GR Yaris underbody protection kit, it is recommended to also additionally protect the rear of the vehicle.
 Our GR Yaris rear axle protection kit was developed precisely for this purpose.

 This system offers enhanced protection for rear axle components and the fuel tank – especially during use on gravel, snow, or in rally conditions.

 Construction & Fastening
 The rear protective plates are designed to connect directly to the rear upstand of our Floor Guards.

 The fastening is done via:
 The integrated rear lip of our Floor Guards
 The fuel tank brackets
 The rear wishbones / suspension arms
 This multiple connection ensures stable and secure positioning of the protective plates – even under high loads.

 Material & Protective Effect
 The rear suspension guards protect:
 Rear axle components
 fuel tank
 from flying gravel, snow and mechanical impacts.

 They are made from 5 mm thick polyethylene (PE500) . This material is characterized by very high abrasion resistance and excellent wear resistance – ideal for continuous use under rally or off-road conditions.
 The protective plates are precisely CNC-cut and manufactured including all mounting holes.

 To make installation as straightforward as possible, special retaining loops were integrated into the protective plates.

 Additionally, we supply robust rubber straps with carabiner clips that are routed around the rear suspension arms. This system allows:

 The screws used for fastening have flat screw heads.
 This protects them from damage caused by stone chips and at the same time ensures a clean, high-quality appearance under the vehicle.
